Section 1

Introduction and Applicability

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. ea77 reserves the right to cancel an account and forfeit deposited funds if the account was created using false or misleading information. If your information changes, you must update your account promptly.

Account Security and Responsibility

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

An ea77 account is strictly personal and non-transferable. No account may be sold, transferred, rented, or made available to a third party in any way. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.

3.3 Fraudulent Activity

The use of any software, bots, automated tools, or other methods to disrupt the normal operation of the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, ea77 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all funds.

Section 4

Terms for Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

ea77 currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposits are generally processed quickly, though delays may occur in some cases due to additional verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Processing a withdrawal request generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours. Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawing. Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile number used for the deposit.

4.3 Source of Funds

You confirm that the funds you deposit come from a legitimate source and are not connected to any criminal activity. For suspicious transactions, ea77 may request additional verification and place the transaction on hold.

Terms for Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ea77's welcome bonus offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. This bonus is not cash; a 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Other Promotions

ea77 regularly offers various promotional offers, such as the ea77 Weekly Reload Festival (20% bonus, up to ৳5,000, 18x wagering) and the ea77 Slot Win Bonus (30% bonus, up to ৳8,000, 20x wagering). Each promotion has its own terms which must be read carefully before claiming.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonuses are abused or promotions are claimed fraudulently, ea77 may forfeit the bonus and related winnings and close the account. Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, applying risk-free betting strategies, and repeatedly claiming bonuses from the same device or IP address are all prohibited.

Section 6

VIP Program and Cashback Policy

ea77's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit calculated as a fixed percentage of that week's net losses. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, and 0.8% at Platinum.

Cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses. For example, a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback. VIP tier progression depends on consistency and level of play; ea77 reserves the right to make the final decision on VIP advancement.

The specific terms related to cashback may change, and ea77 reserves the right to modify VIP terms at any time.

Section 7

Gaming Conduct and Prohibitions

7.1 Fair Play Policy

ea77 is committed to ensuring a fair and impartial gaming environment for every player. Game outcomes are determined by a technically controlled Random Number Generator (RNG). Attempting to influence game outcomes using any external tools is prohibited.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

• Claiming bonuses or conducting betting activity using multiple accounts
• Attempting to intrude into or hack the Platform's systems
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity through the Platform
• Harassing or threatening other users

7.3 Account Suspension and Closure

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, ea77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account without prior notice. In such cases, any bonuses in the account will be forfeited, and cash balances may also be forfeited where applicable.

Responsible Gaming Obligations
